Men are turned on by different things, so there's no one sexy outfit that's guaranteed to work on all occasions. Which is just as well, really, otherwise the guy selling crotchless chicken costumes would have even slower sales than he does now.
Leather catsuits look pretty sexy on some girls, french maid costumes on others. Usually it's what's on the inside that counts, so to speak.
