One thing to remember is that the breasts in hentai are just as real as the breasts in photographic porn. So really, your friend is no more unusual than you average Tom, Dick or Akira.
Of course, his interest may become an obsession. You will know this has happened when he is no longer satisfied with 'normal' sex, but instead demands that you are tied down and ravaged by dragons, demons or a many tentacled octopus.
