OK, this is kinda messed up! I'm 20 years old, and I have never had a girlfriend, and thus am a virgin.
I'm not unnattractive, the reason I haven't had one is because I was a workaholic and concentrated on my grades. Now though, I am way behind everyone else in the shagging field and a bit scared of women.
Seriously guys, I know I'm screwed up, what do I do?

Don't be so hard on yourself. You didn't screw up. In fact, your problem is you didn't screw at all.
Being a workaholic is not a great way to meet girls and shag the night away. Nor is it a good way to learn the social skills necessary to make girls want to snog you every night. That said, I'm not sure what is in fact a good way to learn those skills. I know I still haven't.
Anyway, the solution to your problem is simple. Just imagine losing your virginity is a school assignment. One that counts towards your final grade. Your workaholic tendencies will kick in and force you to spend long hours hanging around girls, trying to get an A.
(In fact, for women, C or D is a better size.)
