When my band Man Bites God are spending long hours out on the road, James, Mark and I like to while away the hours dreaming that one day we'll own a fruit shop in Los Angeles called "Punnet Hollywood" where all the fruit and vegetables can only be spoken of using “film n’ fruit”TM puns.
Imagine walking into your local fruit and veg store and walking out with some “Planet of the Grapes”, a “Philadelphia Strawberry” and a “Lime King”.
This pasttime often leads to either much hilarity, bitter arguments or desperate hunger but at least we know if our own brand of fun punky rock doesn’t make it to number one in the charts, we’ll always have a fruit and vegetable shop to fall back on.
